Hackensack Prays

Hackensack Prays is a prayer ministry of Emmanuel Christian Church that prays to our Lord God 'who is able to do immeasurably more than we can dream or imagine'. Please join us each Thursday at 7:00 pm In-Person for our Thursday Night Prayer Service. All are welcome!

The congregation of ECC prays for these needs every Thursday night. These prayer requests are also prayed for by the pastoral staff during each Pastor Prayer meeting. Submit your prayer requests today.
 

HARVEST TO HOPE; FOOD DISTRIBUTION

Harvest to Hope is the Food Distribution Ministry at Emmanuel Christian Church. Emmanuel Christian Church feeds over 1,000 people in Hackensack and surrounding communities per week.

Free Food is available on Wednesday and Friday starting around 11:45am, on a first come, first served basis. The Lord continues to provide for the increased need in our community and surrounding towns.

If you would like to donate to this ministry please contact the church. A church representative will contact you to receive the donations or to provide more info. Emmanuel Christian Church will tax receipt for donations upon request.

WORSHIP TEAM

The Worship Team is responsible for leading the congregation into Christ-centered praise and worship during our services, as well as during special events and outreaches.

NEXT GENERATION BIBLE SCHOOL

NGBS is a fun & engaging place for kids in grades K - 12th grade to learn: WHO they are in Christ (Identity), WHY they are here (Purpose), and WHERE they belong (Destiny), as they grow in their relationship with Jesus through His Word.

Teen Challenge

Addictions can affect people of all ages. Teen Challenge is a Jesus centered program that has an 80 percent cure rate. The Teen Challenge cure rate is so high because Jesus has the strength to save, deliver and restore people from the bondages of addiction.

Emmanuel Christian church is a Teen Challenge induction center. If you or someone you know has any type of life controlling addiction we can receive men into the program. Walter Hoving Home

The Walter Hoving Home is a nonprofit, residential discipleship home for Ladies with life-controlling problems such as drug addiction, alcoholism, prostitution and court cases. Their program has an 82% cure rate and is geared to rebuilding the lives of women in an atmosphere of warmth, trust, support and love. They teach them a new way to live with a biblical foundation. The strive to provide a loving community devoted to rebuilding shattered lives that empowers women to fulfill their God-given purpose.
