Life is full of situations in which we feel anxiety, worry, and a sense of insecurity. “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer & supplication with thanksgiving let your request be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus". Phil 4:6-7

Worries come in different ways, a bad health report, loss of employment, uncertainty about the future etc. But as God's children His word encourages us to bring ALL our petitions to Him in prayer. For He is aware of what concerns you today, tomorrow & the future. He knows your anxieties, the storm that come your way & has shaken every fiber of your being. So as a child of God He desires that you have the confidence to ask him what you need. When you do, you acknowledge He's able, on your side & not against you. He's able to make a way where there seems to be no way. Also give you strength, encouragement & peace that surpasses all understanding while you wait for an answer. We can "cast all our anxieties on him, because he cares for you.” 1 Peter 5:7

"Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God; I will strengthen you, I will help you, I will uphold you with my righteous right hand." Isaiah 41:10

We can believe in the One who invites us to bring our petitions to Him because;

First, His promises are yes & amen.

Second, He does not change

And Third, He does not lie, He is the truth.

Therefore, cast ALL your cares upon Him & begin to experience peace that surpasses all understanding. As opposed to the peace the world offers, which can be defined simply as the absence of conflict. But this Peace the Lord offers us is confident assurance in any circumstance through Christ.

So do not fear, he's in complete control of all things.

Instead, pray about everything with a thankful heart and watch what He does!
